  • Once the referred project is confirmed and a contract is signed, you’ll receive your reward based on the program details below.

Rewards Structure

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

  • Referral Fee: Earn 1% of the project value for every successful referral. For repeat referrals, this increases to 2% of the project value starting from the third successful referral. For example, if you refer three projects worth $500,000 each, your reward for the third project would be $10,000 instead of $5,000.

    Exclusive Perks: Gain access to priority collaboration, co-branded marketing opportunities, and exclusive networking events.

  • - Flat Reward: Receive $1,000 credit on active project, a luxury gift, or a donation to a charity of your choice for each successful referral.

    - Bonus Incentive: Refer more than three clients in a calendar year and receive a fine dining experience of our choice.

Eligibility and Guidelines

  • A referral is considered successful when the referred client signs a contract for services valued at $150,000 or more.

  • Rewards are distributed within 30 days of the referred project reaching the first milestone (e.g., 35% deposit paid).

  • Referrals must be submitted via the designated form or email to ensure tracking.

  • Architects and designers are eligible for tiered rewards based on the number of successful referrals within a calendar year.

  • **Transparency and Disclosure:** Participants are required to disclose the referral program’s existence to referred parties to ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards.

  • **Professional Integrity Clause:** TOMAK is committed to ethical practices. All referrals must comply with applicable laws, and rewards should not compromise the referrer’s obligation to act in the best interest of their clients.
